Writing Across the Curriculum
Learning Objectives: Following Dr. Hamilton’s presentation, those who attend will be able to: Discuss the use of writing across the curriculum in academic health centers. Discuss examples of writing to foster student reflection and profession-specific clinical reasoning. Review the literature on the benefits of writing for health. Interact with colleagues on the use of writing in curricula at OUHSC and OU-Tulsa.
